    Beth HolderBeth Holder brings to AimPoint. Inc. the experience and relationships necessary to reach out to a large donor rolodex – benefiting both candidates and not-for-profit organizations alike. As a Partner at AimPoint since the company’s founding, Beth has served as the Finance Director on numerous campaigns stretching from local Orange County races to several statewide campaigns. She has also coordinated various fundraising trips for out-of-state candidates ranging from gubernatorial races to Congressional and Senate candidates.

    Beth’s deep involvement in fundraising stems from her professional experience serving for six years as the Executive Director of the Lincoln Club of Orange County, a Pro-Business Political Action Committee known nationally for helping launch the careers of high-level elected officials.

    She also served as a statewide campaign coordinator for Proposition 226 (Paycheck Protection), as well as a Legislative Assistant to former Assembly Republican Leader Scott Baugh.

    In addition to her professional career, she currently serves as a member of Huntington Harbor Republican Women Federated, Newport Harbor Republican Women Federated, California Woman’s Leadership Association and is an appointed delegate to the California Republican Party. Serving the needs of local children’s charities, Beth also serves as a Board Member of the Orange County Marathon.

    A lifelong Orange County resident, Beth currently resides in Newport Beach.

    Beth HolderMichelle Matheson, Partner of AimPoint, Inc. brings over a decade of experience in public affairs, campaign fundraising, event coordination, PAC fundraising and legislative-day conferences and receptions. She is the northern California AimPoint, Inc. managing Partner, and oversees all client relations, development and activity. She has served the needs of all types of clients including ballot initiatives, statewide candidates, state officeholders, legislative candidates, local government candidates and not-for-profit organizations.

    She began her career in the not-for-profit sector with the California Rehabilitation Association (CRA) where she coordinated legislative receptions, legislative lobby days, membership meetings, outreach programs and built grassroots/ coalition databases. Through her public affairs/ event management work with Foley & Lardner, LLP, Capitol Partners, Inc., and Californians Allied for Patient Protection (CAPP), Michelle has developed a deep understanding of Sacramento’s capitol community. Michelle and AimPoint alike recognize that developing and maintaining professional relationships that assist your organization are essential to achieving your advocacy and fundraising goals.

    Michelle’s strength is her constant commitment to building important relationships and a fundraising strategy that highlights a “think outside the box” approach. Her clients receive a fundraising plan that accesses district and third house donor bases, but additionally assists in looking at industry sectors and other avenues to increase fundraising success.

    Michelle graduated from Holy Names College with her Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology, and from the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Counseling. She has a great understanding of people and uses that connection to enhance her fundraising and event opportunities.

    Michelle enjoys cooking and engaging her taste buds in the search for the perfect glass of wine and food pairing. She otherwise enjoys spending time with her family and absorbing all that life has to offer. Michelle resides in Sacramento, California with her husband and two sons.

     


    Morgan Chapman, Account Executive

    Morgan Chapman Morgan joined AimPoint, Inc. as the company’s first full-time employee in 2008 after serving as an intern while completing her final year of college at California State University Sacramento. As a Senior Account Executive, Morgan manages and works closely with legislators and their team members by setting and meeting fundraising goals, coordinating political fundraisers and conferences, and aiding candidates in acclimating to the third house community.

    Since joining AimPoint, Inc., Morgan has assisted with dozens of campaigns throughout the state where she harnessed organizational and problem-solving skills; developed innovative solutions, attempted difficult and unfamiliar projects and responded with flexibility to case-by-case client requests. In the fast-paced, high-stress environment of fundraising, Morgan works effectively to achieve timely progress on multiple, simultaneous projects, distribute efforts evenly among projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.

    In 2008 Morgan graduated from CSU Sacramento, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Morgan is a member of Epsilon Phi CSUS Chapter, Lambda Phi Pi Eta National Communications Honor Society and Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She began her career in politics through the California College Republicans, where she co-founded the first College Republicans chapter at Riverside Community College, Norco, and has held several leadership roles in multiple chapters throughout California and Arizona. She has held positions in various other clubs throughout her college career including the Business Club, Communications Club and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE).

    Born and raised in Corona, California, Morgan enjoys reading, sports and spending time with friends and family. Morgan currently resides in Sacramento, California with her fiancé.

     


     

    Erin Cook, Account Executive

    Morgan ChapmanErin began her career with AimPoint as an intern in the spring of 2009. Upon graduating from CSUS that following winter, she assumed a full-time position with the company as an Account Executive. In this capacity, Erin is responsible for the creation and implementation of client finance plans including developing fundraising goals, identifying client opportunities within the professional and private sectors and coordinating logistics for all fundraising events. In addition she has acted as Finance Director on several client campaigns. In this role she organized and delegated duties among finance committee members as well as other fundraising companies. Erin has a vast knowledge of what it takes to successfully finance and run an efficient campaign at the local level, and has worked on a number of successful races throughout northern California.

    She began her career in politics as an intern for the California Republican Party during the 2008 electoral year. Over the past three years Erin has helped coordinate countless legislative receptions and events, built extensive donor databases and organized fundraising meetings between legislators and high-profile donors throughout California.

    Erin is a recent graduate from California State University Sacramento where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She served as President of the Public Relations Student Society of America at Sacramento State from 2008-2009. Under her leadership the CSUS Chapter hosted its first Regional Conference that garnered both regional and national attention from PRSSA and PRSA Chapters alike. During her junior year of college she also helped spearhead an anti-counterfeiting awareness campaign, “Fear The Fraud,” which acquired abundant media attention and ultimately led to a live/online interview on Channel 10 News.

    Born and raised the San Francisco Bay Area, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and loved ones. Erin currently resides in Sacramento, California.

     


     

    Kacy Stangl, Account Executive

    Morgan ChapmanKacy joined the AimPoint team in September of 2009. Over the past year she has worked on a variety of campaigns ranging from City Council to statewide races. As the sole Account Executive of the southern California AimPoint office, Kacy coordinates all client/ donor meetings, fundraising events and client finance plans. While working at AimPoint, Kacy has always been willing and able to take on the unfamiliar and accomplish any task as thoroughly and efficiently as possible. She embraces the idea of taking an endeavor to the next level and exploring new ways to achieve her goals.

    Prior to joining AimPoint, Inc., Kacy worked on the McCain campaign as a field representative in Carson City, Nevada. During this time she recruited, trained and organized volunteers for call banks, precinct walks and community events. Preceding her position on the McCain campaign, Kacy worked as an intern at the Republican Party of Orange County. In that role she assisted with a variety of fundraising events including the noteworthy Flag Day event that the party holds annually.

    Kacy graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She enjoys traveling, baseball and cooking. Kacy resides in San Clemente, California.
